Refund & Cancellation

Office Hours

Office Hours cost $120 per 60-minute session. Payment is confirmed when the booking is accepted.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund. We usually offer one free reschedule instead.
• If Mindparallax cancels the session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra charge.

Team Reading workshops

Half-day Team Reading workshops are quoted and paid before the event. Cancellations more than seven days before the workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.

Custom field notes

Custom research memos are scoped and priced before work begins. A deposit may be required for large requests. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you receive a proportional refund. Once the note is delivered, refunds are not offered.
